It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas

Last night, we had our company party.  I have to say it was one of the best holiday parties that I have been to.  We had it at Vanguard and the set up was fantastic.  There was a food table and bar at the entrance, which had a Polynesian/Disco look to it.  Once you entered the club, you were immersed in dim blue light, surrounded by some amazing tunes and visually entertained by aerial acrobats.  There were food tables and open bars and mutliple locations inside, which I thought was a brilliant idea.  No sense in giving people loads of alcohol if you aren't going to provide them with a little cushioning for their tummy.  Also, there was an upstairs hideway location which had more entertainment.  They had set up makeup and hair tables to get yourself primped mid-party and a bar that was serving tasty champagne.  We danced all night, drank some champagne and had a lovely time.  I tucked myself in around 1 AM, feeling happy.  I'm a bit sleepy today but it was well worth it.  Well done to the team who put the party together.
